At Pitaara, we strive to create meaningful and memorable experiences for every guest. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
- Event Tickets / Bookings
All tickets purchased for Pitaara events, workshops, baithaks, or experiences are non-refundable once confirmed.
In case you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval from the Pitaara team.
- Event Cancellation / Rescheduling by Pitaara
If an event is cancelled by Pitaara, guests will receive a full refund of the ticket amount.
If an event is rescheduled, your booking will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the revised date, you may request a refund or credit note within the communicated timeline.
- Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.
- Merchandise / Products (if applicable)
Refunds or replacements for physical products will only be considered in case of:
- Damaged item received
- Wrong product delivered
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- No-show at an event
- Late arrival or partial attendance
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
